I laid in bed as I dreamt. I saw him, in my dream I saw my brother telling the king that I, I betrayed the quest. Siding with the giant Who kidnapped the princess.
“That’s not what Happened!” I Cried, but no one attended my cries. I was mute to them, As my brother became my demise. Then he appeared. Who I thought was just a storyteller, but he was more than that. What he really was I do not know. He pointed at me saying, “I have sent you a Griffin who will free you from the Giants.”
I woke up and after stealing the Giants sword and cutting off his head, I escaped under the cover of night. The Griffin was outside the Giants castle. He flew me to the kingdom of Lochlin to face my betrayer, My elder brother.
I arrived in the morning; I took with me the Giants Great sword, to force my brother to face his doom!!!
I arrived just in time before the princess was married off to my brother. Announcing that I had slain the Giant and my brother’s cowardess. My brother and the kings soldiers attacked and I valiantly fought them off. And when My sword was raised to take my vengeance on my brother the king cried, “Stop!”
So I stopped with my sword over my brothers head.
“Take heed young lad, I can see that you have killed the Giant saving my people from this terror, and that you were the true rescuer of the princess, For you heroism I will give you her hand in marriage, if you will let vengeance be mine on your brothers head.”
With that offer I conceded. Then I married the princess and the king ordered my brothers execution. We lived happily ever after.
